Rajasthan has a large number of interesting cusines which are served in its restaurants. However, few steps have been taken to popularise it through canning and bottling.

  • Beawar : Till-Patti.

Incentives

Such items can be packaged for export by entrepreneurs or even for consumption by those who live outside the state. With the exception of a few snakes,almost no headway has been made in this direction, leaving it an attractive field for new entrepreneurs.
