through private investment.
Rajasthan has a large number of interesting cusines
which are served in its restaurants. However, few steps
have been taken to popularise it through canning and
over the state. However the following places are associated
with the following foodstuff :
: Bhujia Papad, Rasgulla, Pickles, Supari, Manngodi,
: Khakra, Kair-Sangri, Bari, Kachri.
: Safed Musli, Jeera, Isbgol.
: Math, Kair-Sangri, Kachri.
: Safed Musli.
Such items can be packaged for export by entrepreneurs
or even for consumption by those who live outside the
state. With the exception of a few snakes,almost no
headway has been made in this direction, leaving it
an attractive field for new entrepreneurs.
