Rajasthan State Industrial Development
and Investment Corporation- RIICO provides loans and allocates
land. Over 200 industrial areas have been developed by RIICO.
In select cases it also provides equity support. RIICO has
been tireless in its efforts to promote and provide the right
climate in Rajasthan. The main objective of this industrial
catalyst is to develop industrial estates and to provide investment
funding , both as term loans and equity participation, basically
to medium and large industrial projects. RIICO is also classified
as a category one merchant banker and as such it is able to
manage and advise on public issues, as well as, act as loan
syndicator and underwriter.
