B.M. Birla science and Technology center is a multi-disciplinary interactive Research and developmental institution. It is involved with a number of developmental programmes in emerging areas of science and technology, such as land resource management through remote sensing techniques, biomedical technology for the disabled, computer software, environmental management alternative energy resources, electronics, biotechnology and science communication. Emphasis on developmental aspects of the state of Rajasthan is an inherent constituent of the programmes of the center.
